End-of-Winter Carnival

Upper Grades students prepared and hosted today's End-of-Winter Carnival.

The carnival's theme was the Wild West. Our cowboy guide led K-3 students through the student-planned and -operated obstacle course, rope toss, toboggan chute, campfire, and more.
Even teachers got involved in the obstacle course!
We cheered on our classmates...

Earlier this week, it looked like slush and thawing ground might thwart our wintry plans, but high winds and low temperatures combined to make this chilly day memorable for all its participants.
