THIS YEAR'S THEME: The Scientific Method

We invite all parents, families, and friends of our young scientists to join us on February 14 from 1:00 to 2:30 in our downstairs Multipurpose Room for our 2008 Science Fair. Students will present their projects to other classes, visitors, and our Science Fair Officials. We’ll end by 2:30, after recognizing all approved projects and any special honors awarded by the Officials.

If you cannot attend at the 1:00-2:30 time, we’ll leave our presentations up until the end of school on Friday. Your child will be happy to give you a tour either Thursday evening or Friday morning.

If you would like to be involved as an official, or to help with preparations for this event, please email Marek.

If you'd like to order pizza for February please return the pizza form to your child's teacher by Tuesday, February 5th.

Ski Photos

We had a beautiful day for our second Skiing Monday of 2008.

The sun shone down on cold, crisp snow and smiles all around the mountain...
We got some special guidance from our expert ski instructors.

Then we practiced our skills during "Free Ski" time.

Many Ossippees rode the chairlift for the first time today!

Join us to meet our teachers, tour our facilities and grounds, and pick up application forms for the 2008-2009 school year. This event kicks off the admissions process for 2008-2009.

HOURS:

• 10:00-12:00 = Preschool, Kindergarten, Grades 1-4
• 11:00-1:00 = Grades 5-8

Science Fair 2008: Preparation

We're getting ready for our annual Science Fair (February 14, 2008). This year's theme is the Scientific Method. That means we're choosing investigative science experiments that we can design, organize, and conduct, either in school or at home. We invite all our families, friends, and community members to come and view our final presentations on the afternoon of the Science Fair!
